Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We use various shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Order Tracking: You can track your order status directly on our website or through the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• International Orders: SHIT YEAH! Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SHIT YEAH! Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful.com. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have received an updated and correct address from you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful.com facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SHIT YEAH! Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SHIT YEAH! Shop will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Return Policy for SHIT YEAH! Shop

The SHIT YEAH! Shop uses Printful.com to create and fulfill our apparel products. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@zunzis.com.

Printful.com Return Policy

Misprints/Damaged/Defective Items:
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product.

Lost in Transit:
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If necessary, Printful will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping replacement orders. However, if tracking indicates the shipment was delivered, Printful will NOT reship the order, and you will need to place a new order.

Wrong Address:
If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is provided.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility.

Returned by Customer:
Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.

Notification for EU Consumers:
According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
