Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International Orders: SHIT YEAH! Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SHIT YEAH! Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful.com. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have received an updated and correct address from you.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful.com facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SHIT YEAH! Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, SHIT YEAH! Shop will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
