Printful.com Return Policy
Misprints/Damaged/Defective Items:
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product.
Lost in Transit:
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If necessary, Printful will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping replacement orders. However, if tracking indicates the shipment was delivered, Printful will NOT reship the order, and you will need to place a new order.
Wrong Address:
If you provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is provided.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility.
Returned by Customer:
Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.
Notification for EU Consumers:
According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
